Our philosophy has been to train men and women in their home country how to communicate with their deaf community and how to teach them about Christ.  When the World Mission Society team leaves there are national workers in that country to carry on the work and to train others how to work with the deaf too. 

Inthe United States and  Brazil this system has given birth to hundreds of deaf ministries in churches as well as deaf churches.
